Rental Periods
Minimum rental period of 3 nights
Hire Qualification
We require two forms of identification for each driver (Primary & Secondary) prior to the booking date. Accepted documents are as follows:

- Council tax
- TV licence
- Bank Statement
- Credit card bill / statement

- Polling card
- HMRC self-assessment / tax credit

Driver Qualification
The main driver will be classed as the “Hirer”. We require the following information and will carry out the following checks for each driver:
- Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (address & ID must be up to date)
- ·Online licence check – check someone’s driving licence information. Please note, DVLA licence checks can only be carried out on driving licences issued from mainlandUK
- Two proof of address from separate sources (See Hirer Qualification)
- Cleared a traceable security deposit (BACS, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.)
- Signed rental agreement
- From 1st August 2021, Green Cards will no longer be mandatory for driving within EU
- Drivers must be over 23 years old, under 75 years old and have held a UK driving licence for at least 2 years.
- ·Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x SP30’s, 3pts each) without referral.
- ·Single convictions totalling 6 points+ will require referral unless otherwise specified below
- No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claimin the last three years
Insurance
Comprehensive Insurance is provided for the first driver. An additional driver is charged a one-off fee of £29.00 per rental.
Pick Up & Return
Pick up and return is from Autolease Ltd, Sapperton park, Sapperton Field Lane, Church Broughton, South Derbyshire, DE65 5AU. Vehicle pick up time is from 2pm onwards on the day of collection and are to be returned no later than 10:30am on the day of return
Collection & Delivery
We do offer nationwide Collection & Delivery service. Our charges are £1.50 per mile from DE65 5AU for both delivery & collection.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable “booking” deposit is applied to each booking.
A £1,000.00 refundable security deposit is required when the vehicle is collected and will be refunded within 3 working days of the vehicle being returned.
Refunds are subject to the vehicle being returned without any damage, and that all of the inventory supplied are returned complete and in working order.
Fuel Policy
Our vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel, and should be returned with a full tank. Any top up of fuel required upon return will be charged at the online published AA fuel rates + 20% at the time of refuelling.
Breakdown Cover
24/7/365 roadside assistance is included within every rental.
European Cover
We apply and £55.00 surcharge for all rentals travelling outside of mainland UK to cover the additional costs of completing and providing the appropriate European
documents, insurance and breakdown cover.
