Understand that Mojo Vehicle Leasing will undertake a search with approved external services for the purpose of verifying the lessee's identity. To do so, the approved external services may check the details Mojo supply against any particulars on any database (public or otherwise) to which they have access. They may also use Mojo's details in the future to assist other companies for verification purposes. A record of the search will be retained.

You are entering into this form and any subsequent reservation in the course of a business and that you do not operate that business as: (1) a partnership consisting of two or three persons not all of whom are bodies corporate; or (2) an incorporated body of persons which does not consist entirely of bodies corporate and is not a partnership, and therefore, that any reservation does not constitute a regulated hire agreement for the purposes of the consumer credit act 1974.

You can confirm that you are a duly authorised officer of the Applicant and wish to apply for products and/or services with Mojo.

You agree and understand that the information you provide to us may be used by our credit team and searches made byt a credit reference agency, including searches of principle directors, information regarding the account may be monitored and shared with credit reference agencies and other companies, used for the purpose of credit assessments, debt recovery and fraud prevention.
